Luang Prabang Room
40m² • Top floor (3rd)
Double-aspect room with view of the Basilique on one side and the garden on the other.
The room is accessible via a spiral staircase which dates from the 15th century and which transports you to another century, with wattle and daub walls, vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower and free-standing bath.
«Arrived in Luang-Prabang, which is a charming little town .... wonderfully situated, the mountains cradle the Mekong above and below the town, forming a circular valley of 9,000 feet which probably used to be a lake, ravishing picture reminiscent of the beautiful lakes of Como or Geneva.»
